Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between you and Minion Fleet. By signing in, or by choosing a plan, you accept them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.

Effective November 2, 2026

Who can use Minion Fleet

You must be 18 or older and live in the United States to use Minion Fleet or buy a plan. You may use it for yourself or for your own business.

Keep your Google sign-in secure. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

What minions are

Minions are AI software, not people. Mochi and your minions are powered by Claude, made by Anthropic. They can misunderstand a task, make mistakes, or produce something wrong. Review results before you rely on them, especially for anything about money, health, law or safety.

If you joined the free beta

If we invited you to the free beta and gave you free access, it stays free. Before we charge you for anything, we’ll tell you the price and what it includes at least 30 days ahead, by email or in the app, and nothing is charged unless you choose a plan and pay for it at checkout.

Your apps, approvals and actions

When you connect an app, such as Gmail or Instagram, you sign in to it through Composio and let your minions use it on your behalf. Its own terms still apply to you. You can disconnect an app in Minion Fleet at any time, and you can also remove access in the app itself.

By default, minions may read from your connected apps and ask you first before they create, send or change anything. On each app’s page you choose what minions may do without asking. Spending money, messaging other people, deleting, posting publicly, sharing outside your workspace, and any action we haven’t reviewed ask you first, unless you let one of your routines do one of them on its own. When you approve, we carry out exactly the request you saw.

You can let a routine do some of these actions on its own, such as sending your weekly payment reminders from your email. Only you can turn this on, for one routine, one action and one connected account, and it never covers anything else. It works only for actions we have reviewed and built checks for, such as sending a reminder only to the customer on that invoice; anything outside those checks still asks you first. Each action that can run on its own has a daily limit, which you can change within our maximum but not remove. Everything it does on its own is recorded and shown in the routine’s chat. You can pause it at any time, for one routine or for everything at once in Settings, or remove it.

You are responsible for the actions you approve, allow, or let a routine do on its own, and for the content they create, as if you had done them yourself. An action that runs on its own doesn’t wait for you to see it first, and some actions can’t be undone in the app they happened in.

Provider usage policies

Your chats and tasks are processed by Anthropic. You agree to follow Anthropic’s usage policy, and the usage policies of the apps you connect. We may stop a task or a fleet that breaks them.

Acceptable use

Don’t use Minion Fleet to:

  • break the law, or help anyone else break it;
  • harass, deceive or impersonate anyone, or send spam;
  • create malware, or attack, probe or overload any system, including ours;
  • get around our limits, caps, approvals or security;
  • make decisions about other people’s credit, jobs, housing, health or legal rights without a person reviewing them;
  • create sexual content involving minors, or content that exploits anyone.

Usage

Usage is what your fleet’s work costs to run: the models that think and write, the searches and data look-ups minions make, and the time they spend working. We charge it at what our providers charge us, plus 1¢ per job or chat. If a provider doesn’t report a cost, we charge the amount we set aside for that work and correct it, up or down, when the real figure arrives. Every job and chat shows what it cost in dollars.

Each plan includes an amount of usage for each monthly billing period. It’s added when that period’s payment goes through, ends when the period ends, and doesn’t roll over. We don’t sell extra usage on its own: there are no top-ups and no stored credit, and usage has no cash value.

When your plan’s usage for the period runs out, your minions pause until the next period starts, or until you move to a bigger plan. A job that can’t finish on what’s left waits instead of starting. Paused jobs wait for up to 7 days, and scheduled runs missed while paused are skipped. You can also set your own spending limit in Settings.

To keep the service healthy, the app limits some things, such as how many routines can run, and says so where a limit applies. If a fleet’s use goes well beyond what a plan is for, we may slow or pause it, and we’ll tell you.

Plans, renewal and cancelling

Plans are monthly subscriptions, paid by card through Stripe. Before you pay, the plan picker and Stripe’s checkout show the plan’s price, what it includes, and that it renews each month. Prices are in US dollars. Taxes are added where they apply and are shown at checkout.

Your plan renews automatically each month, on the day of the month you bought it, and we charge the plan’s price then, until you cancel. If a renewal payment fails, we’ll tell you, and Stripe tries again for a short while; if it still isn’t paid, your plan ends.

You can cancel at any time, online: in Settings, under Usage and plan, choose Manage billing. Cancelling stops the next renewal. Your plan, and the usage it includes, last until the end of the period you’ve paid for.

You can move to a bigger plan at any time: you pay the difference for the rest of the current period at once, and get that share of the bigger plan’s usage. A move to a smaller plan starts at your next renewal.

If we change a plan’s price, we’ll tell you at least 30 days before it applies to you, so you can cancel before then.

Refunds

If a renewal charges you and you’ve used less than $1 of that period’s usage, email hello@minionfleet.com within 48 hours of the charge and we’ll refund it in full.

If we ever charge you in error, email hello@minionfleet.com within 30 days and we’ll refund it. Otherwise, plan fees aren’t refunded for part of a period, except where the law requires it.

Your content

You own what you put into Minion Fleet and the results minions produce for you. You give us permission to store and process it only to run the service for you. We don’t sell it, and we don’t use it to train any system.

Our privacy and data notice explains what we collect, who processes it, and how long we keep it.

Suspension and ending

You can stop using Minion Fleet and delete your data at any time. We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms or puts others at risk. Where we can, we warn you first and let you export your data.

No warranty

Minion Fleet is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no promises that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or right for your purpose, and we disclaim all implied warranties.

Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for lost profits, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $100.

You agree to cover our reasonable costs if a claim against us arises from content you approved, from actions you let a routine do on its own, or from your breaking these terms.

Changes to these terms

We’ll tell you by email or in the app at least 14 days before a material change takes effect. If you keep using Minion Fleet after that, the new terms apply.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in that state decide any dispute, unless the law where you live says otherwise.
